George
Bjorkland's work has been called "full of spring sunshine, soft
and |

caressing." His paintings of lighthouses,
street scenes, beach scenes and flowers |
| are rendered in soft tones of color with details that create a
quiet mood. |

Bjorkland
studied at the Hartford Art School and the Art Institute of
Pittsburgh, |
| and has now settled in New Jersey. He has been
exhibiting his watercolors since 1970 |
| and has won numerous awards. |
